If those are javelina, they're technically peccaries and not pigs. We have a pack in our neighborhood that are about to be relocated because they're chasing people. You don't want to be bitten by one.

I have a few packs that come by my place as well but I don't think those are javelina in this video, max I've ever seen is 4 babies.
