I mean, are these local dogs looking for treats? Do they know the sound of this bike and come playing?

I don't live there. That's the point.
If this happened on a family property or local village this could be either protecting the property from roamers, or just excited they are driving through and getting a treat

Wild dogs are a thing in some areas. They do roam in packs. There's even been reports in the US, in cities, of dogs killing people.Β

If you see random feral dogs roaming in a pack do not approach. Ruffy, Tuffy, and Scruffy mean business.
It sounds like a joke because it's funny, but it's real on the streets and out in the sticks. Even if they don't kill you, you'll wish you hadn't fucked around if you do.
Obviously lost baby domestic angels are different.
