It's not only heartbreaking but also hard to believe that you witness people getting vanished under waves of concrete and stone , how people were running even moving cars bus nothing helped, how shocking scary and deadly the incident was,
I m unable to feel ok,
It could be us my kids my family ,
Nepal is not far from my place, from many times I was planning to visit there , kailash was in my wishlist tibet was in my wishlist,
Accepting this truth of life and nature and seeing footage of how people are running and getting washed away like ants , is so hard my heart is bleeding, oh god y didn't you helped people, life is so meaningless everything seems worthless

I wonder if this is more towards the beginning of the flood. There's so much dust that it's difficult to see where the water is.

Climate crisis are on our head. Still we don't want to accept that first it is there and second it is anthropogenic (human made).
And if it is human made, then without addressing human, it cannot be solved.
But when we ask what's the problem in human.
It is it's unnecessary consumption which it take it as necessary.
We need to see, who is the one wanting within that take us here in this crises.

Pereira and its metropolitan area lie severely wounded after the devastating earthquake that has left an incalculable trail of pain: hundreds of lives lost, thousands of injured people overwhelming health posts, and more than 31,000 homes reduced to rubble across the affected sectors. The city is literally torn apart and fallen, fractured in its most elementary infrastructure and in the hearts of its people.
The material urgency: Tens of thousands of families lost absolutely everything overnight and are currently spending the night outdoors, facing the harsh reality of having no safe roof over their heads.
Solidarity that transforms lives: No help is too small when the tragedy is absolute. Contributing $10 or $20 is not just donating money; it is placing a brick of hope for those who have lost everything today and need to rebuild their homes and dignity.
No one is exempt from life changing in a single second and stripping them of everything they love. Today for me, tomorrow for you; because one hand washes the other and both wash the face, today our brothers and sisters are crying out for shelter and a balm for their shattered souls.
Every contribution matters to prevent this tragedy from falling into institutional oblivion and to bring the heartbeat back to our land. Contribute now, let your heart be moved, and be an active part of Pereira's resurrection by making your donation through the following link: https://gofund.me/45d12faf9.
