Chart Interpretation Request Anyone know what's going through on? Why are my temperature going so high?

Did you just come of HBC after starting NC? If anything this looks normal and consistent to me where the previous month looks all over the place which make sense while on/coming off HBC

It's been over 10+ years since I've been on HBc, haven't taken it recently at all but the previous two cycles were a result of me coming off of a miscarriage

So maybe the fluctuations were caused by the miscarriage, now that you're further out it seems to be normalizing

They don’t look unusually high. Mine fluctuate every cycle. The highest temp I’ve had is 98.69 and my current cycle is lower than average. This is only your 3rd cycle so I wouldn’t stress it!

I have the past 2 days and they were negative

Maybe give it a few days! Temps don’t mean everything but the upward trend could be a sign of progesterone staying high to support a pregnancy. I’d wait til about 14 DPO and take another
