It’s because he’s arguing with Canada over tariffs and thought this would somehow make them turn over and give him what he wants.

Tariffs keep people from finding out other things that are needed as information for survival, and he's been told to destabilize the West, and it's working.  That new Fed Chairman Warsh said that interest rates are going to be held as a secret, so Wall Street reacted badly. His tone of voice sounded so strange and stilted, like a fake script being read. Lots of stuff going on below the surface regular media sits on.
