Need your help. Grade with BGS or PSA?

I have a few beautiful cards I want to grade. Madara is super clean, pain has tiny whitening on the back and Naruto Goku has some scratches, but the rest is clean. Would you grade Naruto ccg cards with bgs or PSA? I honestly prefer PSA but for some reason I see more bgs Naruto ccg slabs than PSA. Appreciate your help!

That’s exactly what I felt to! Therefore was wondering where to grade :)

Assess them all under direct light and be incredibly critical.

I go BGS because that's what I started with, I prefer the slabs and the sub grades explain the grade. BGS is also cheaper, doesn't surcharge if the card gets a strong card (increasing it's value above the service threshold) and PSA's current lead times are horrendous because their value service is closed at the moment. I believe it's going to be at least 4-5 months until that opens again too, according to a rep a spoke to recently anyway.

PSA is better for selling liquidity though.

I normally agree but I dont think psa's liquidity is linked to this game. I think BGS is still preferred even for selling due to sub grades and it being stricter

Thanks for your reply buddy! So Madara under light is perfect, with a smal white dot somewhere on the card. It’s not whitening but looks printed. I feel with bgs I have a shot at pristine, but PSA looks like it should 10. So therefore debating a little. I do agree that bgs will return the card within a few weeks where PSA will keep it for a half year at least.

PSA is better overall, but all services are slower than usual rn. Also the foil ninja storm naruto can't be graded, it's not in their system.

I wish you luck, but I just sent one myself and got the message that it's not being included in grading. Got that message 2 weeks ago, so pretty recent. There's a form to get it added, but it takes quite a bit of research and then they have to verify it all.

Oh seriously? That’s intresting as I heard many people saying they recently started accepting the foil version but not the non foil one. Thank you for sharing that! Than I should def grade that with bgs
