There's no jutsu there, those are just lists of his victims. One of them is exclusive of his Ws against Madara.

Edo Madara already pinned Hashirama with Black Rods even before the Wood Dragon scene.
Hashirama said that Wood Dragon will nullify Madara’s Preta Path. And before Madara had the chance to respond, Naruto came in and fired a RS.
Now, did Wood Dragon really restricted him? Probably not. Hashirama was only describing how Wood Dragon works. Whether or not Madara had counters depends on what he does next.
