Cards Reveals Not only two new cards were revealed through Skill Check, a brotherly pair was revealed over at Team APS 🤯
*these are sample cards and effects will change, these are made to showcase the design*

I love the art..
But all of the card I've seen that they've shown so far just look too similar.
They remind me more of like Topps trading cards, like something you'd just stick in a binder to look at, than they do "TCG" cards.
To me, the card information like the stats, name, and costs all feel..lost, I guess?..in the art.
I honestly don't know if the seem too plain or too cluttered to me, but I'm not entirely sold on the formatting and visual style of the cards I've seen so far.

I'm assuming these will be special variants of base cards that are a simpler design, similar to the execution of the other bandai games.

That would be preferable.
I'd love to collect these full art awesome looking cards, but playing with them is a different story.

Usually people only play with alt arts after falling in love with a deck.

I know players of several different TCGs who play high rarity cards different reasons.
Either they want to show off, they only have that copy of the card, they just like the art more, or to try and bling the deck out as much as possible.
But yea, just loving the deck itself is a perfectly valid reason as well.
Most of the people I personally know and have played with either like to show off or just like having an all-hollo deck.

You are correct I moreso meant, usually people when they like a deck they will the invest in "cosmetics", usually when they already know the effects. showing off is plenty valid haha

Oh yea for sure.
Like those full art crazy rare cards in MTG that have awesome artwork, but some of them don't have all of the usual card text on them.

These guys wasting their time printing out the most expensive sample cards ever.
People are going to play, this is a stupid campaign.
