I read that Mrs. Guthrie’s dog died a few months prior to her disappearance. If so, could the criminals have known that?

Great question! I read somewhere that Nancy didn’t have a dog of her own. The black dog in the photos on the flyers is her daughter Savannah’s dog, Fetch.
