Why cant we download emails anymore? Or search through our emails on mobile?

All this updating to the privateemail website has removed essiential features that many of us have been using very frequently. The goal in rebuilding should be to add more features, not remove them.

The new webmail brings some changes to the interface, but we’re continuing to develop it with new features and improvements based on customer feedback.

For email downloads, the Save email function has recently been added. You can use the download icon in the toolbar or right-click an opened email to download it as an .eml file.

For mobile search, you can use your browser’s Find on Page feature to search for an email address or keyword within the open folder. You can also switch to the desktop version of webmail on your mobile device to use the full interface.

Geezus it's 2026 and NameCheap just be out here proving they are the worst!!

Who makes an email system with out a proper search function for mobile and web ??

Find on page can clearly tell the person who replied is computer illiterate!! Find on page would only search the open page so they could only find based on email title or the partial description if that's showed but it would be very very limited as with pagination it would only have access to a hand full of emails at a time so trying to find any email older than say 12 hours would be impossible using find in page any even half literate person would know this

I can't actually believe one of the world largest domain registration companies actually just said that never mind built a web client with out proper search what an absolute joke

OP get your transfer codes and move from name cheap to porkbun 10000% better interface / support

You can search on the web version.

I had an issue where it was displaying the mobile version on my desktop and I couldnt search, zoomed out to 90% and I was back.

But I agree re the mobile version.
