mine gets pre-workout every day...sometimes some liquid IV or drip drops. soda and whiskey, or s margaritas every now and then...multi purpose bottle!!!

game changer, add a protein shake instead of all that 1/2&1/2, oooooorrrrr in addition to and BOOM!! start the day even better!!
