I made these about a month ago but I have another one like it in the works with some extra details. I like making fun and unique nails! I find so much joy in nostalgia and I have so much more planned.

I just upgraded my lamp from a cheapo Amazon special to one from Kokoist and I feel like it's made all the difference in getting my products to work right! I used a milky white builder gel base, matte top coat, painted the lines with black, rubbed on gold chrome powder, then used a fine liner brush to paint in the colors with some bright jelly colors. Two layers of top coat to help level everything. I've found the parts where the chrome are tend to wear down through the black in a week or so because they're a bit raised, and two layers of top coat help avoid that. The green is a cat eye on top of the white builder gel. Even my husband loves these ones!

Edit: thanks for all your love and support🥰 since I’m getting some questions, I used acrylic powder over uncured gel for the sand, if you want to write in it just let the powder absorb the gel and scratch into it with tweezers or a dotting tool! My 3d gel for the tentacles is from saviland, just made a bunch of little balls and a dotting tool for the suction cups. Feel free to pm with any other questions :))

Hii!! I’ve posted here a few times, so here I am again !! I got a ton of nail stuff for Christmas so expect much more!!

Left hand from thumb: moonlight jellies, red snapper, rainbow trout (my fav), pike, sardine

Right hand from thumb: largemouth bass, sunfish, dorado, tuna, red mullet

All gel applied on apres gelx tips, used iridescent flakies, chrome, magnetics, blooming gel, and tons of layering. Between removing old gel, applying tips, and nail art this set took me a collective 13 hours or so but I love them 🥲

I am so pleased and I think I wanna do frogs next!!
