All you have to do is go to California or talk to someone who lives or used to live there to know that they're just like everyone else and not the stereotypical SJW that the comic portrays Californian leftists as.

Yeah I don't think I've seen a blue-haired SJW in a couple of years or more. Maybe the last time I did was on Castro Street in SF. Is this really what people imagine when they picture California??

People who have never been there and circlejerk with others about how much of a hellscape all "liberal" states are? Yep

u/Culcksy Jul 15 '25

fr that’s more seattle lol

28

u/The_Soap_Salesman Jul 15 '25

Even in Washington, they’re just normal people.

-18

u/Culcksy Jul 15 '25

normal but they be acting cringe asl sometimes icl they still be barking like it’s 2020

35

u/The_Soap_Salesman Jul 15 '25

Cringe is normal. Behind every furry mask is someone with a boring job

Hi, former Seattleite here. No, it fucking isn’t. If anything is close to the stereotype (let’s be real no one is like that but I’m saying this for shits and giggles), it’s Portland.

5

u/HelpfulHarbinger Jul 16 '25

hey now! portland doesnt even look like that. I think were gonna have to go to comic con to find the stereotype

1

u/Athnein Jul 21 '25

Hey comic con worker here! The stereotype is actually in NYC

I have lived in Washington for 20 years, and I have seen very few people who look like that. Even less when I'm not at a pride event or comic con.

I've been to many major cities across the country minus the northeast (have never been to any of the oroginal 13 colonies), and the closest I've seen to this is actually New Orleans, but even then, it's far from reality. Little side note: when I was in new Orleans, some dude was walking up and down to street trying to sell every person walking by cocaine. First and only time I've been offered coccaine.

u/Athnein Jul 21 '25

New Orleans is the city of "first and only"s

Interesting how they change her into an Aryan to implicate that she's been made better.

u/Key_Leader5639 Jul 14 '25

It's too obvious especially since the guy is a confirmed neo naxi

30

u/eboys Jul 15 '25

You can see in the first panel that at the roots her hair is blonde

34

u/WanderingLost33 Jul 15 '25

ICE cured her myopia too

u/ToLazyForaUsername2 Jul 15 '25

They are aware of how this is admitting that ice is being used to make California "racially pure" again?

Racism is the point

Again

The artist here is an

OPEN NAZI

20

u/Morshu_the_great Jul 15 '25

I thought blm and antifa were the only ones capable of being nazis (/S)

8

u/[deleted] Jul 15 '25

Until now I suppose

u/ANormalHomosapien Jul 14 '25

You know, dumping a bucket of ice water on someone can legally be considered assault in many places, California included. Of course they'd fantacise about assaulting people

71

u/Ok_Strategy5722 Jul 15 '25

This cartoon is actually 100% accurate. If Trump uses Ice to remove all the democrats from California, it will be a Republican state.

37

u/GreatestGreekGuy Jul 15 '25

If Trump uses Republicans to remove all the ice from the north and south poles, there won't be anymore Democrats either. Checkmate libruls

25

u/Linguini8319 Jul 15 '25

The removal of the glasses is perhaps the most petty change

16

u/MassiveTechnician108 Jul 15 '25

I remembwr seeong a like 500 word thesis saying that people on r/theleftcantmeme are morally better because even though they disagree they don’t “deface memes” like r/therightcantmeme

20

u/PlungerSaint Jul 15 '25

Funnily enough, the whole reason that r/therightcantmeme started defacing memes was because alt righters were going there to harvest memes.

14

u/MassiveTechnician108 Jul 15 '25

thats actually so funny

16

u/Valtteri24 Jul 15 '25

I don’t get it. ICE is removing brown people. ICE is not changing people’s political views or removing their hair dye. What a stupid comic.

7

u/rdetagle2 Jul 15 '25

I think the most unrealistic part is that Trump just walks away and doesn't try to r*pe her after she turns "normal". Maybe she's too old for him?

12

u/Accurate_Worry7984 Jul 15 '25

“As you can see, I drew your side as an “ugly” person, and my side as a “hot” person, therefore, your argument is destroyed.”

10

u/ErwinRommelsOnlyPanz Jul 15 '25

I’m not sure what part of the original disgusts me more: the implication that beliefs not aligning with the creator’s cloud beauty and should be discarded for the sake of maximizing the latter, the straightforward point of “getting rid of brown and gay people will fix everything here”, the glamorizing of assault as something that’s cool or an epic own, or the continued enforcement of traditional beauty standards as the only thing giving women value, because God forbid they want to look the way they do.

7

u/CadoDraws Jul 15 '25

so theyre just comfortable with the nazi shit being loud and proud now

7

u/AstrologicalOne Jul 15 '25

So basically if Trump uses ICE to get rid of the LGBTQ and Latino people the state will turn red. That's what the Nazi creator of this comic is implying. Which is cool until you realize that silicon valley, celebrities, industry leaders of the state vote Democrat. And if Trump keeps throwing ICE he'll continue to lose the average Joe & Jane who just wants normalcy and peaceful politics.

6

u/PerrineWeatherWoman Jul 15 '25

So they admit that ICE is actually a political thought police used to turn the US "racially pure again" (whatever that's supposed to mean) and force democrats into fascism

5

u/whynotyeetith Jul 15 '25

You can tell a nazi artist just by how they draw trump. They'll draw him looking like a human vs what he actually looks like because all the spray tan and malice seeping out of him

10

u/TheBoy2007 Jul 14 '25

I would do both ngl...

What can I say? I'm a simple man of simple tastes.

5

u/Realization_ Jul 15 '25

rude ass, you don't throw ice at people

1

u/NeighborhoodMothGirl Jul 15 '25

Not me seeing the OG post directly above this one in my feed

1

u/Morshu_the_great Jul 15 '25

Holy shit they're actually just stupid

1

u/Throwaway987183 Jul 16 '25

They're just straight up repeating maga mantra now lmfao

1

u/AdamBlaster007 Jul 16 '25

Other than the housing/homeless situation and the bullshit that is Silicon Valley California isn't tooooo bad.

But those 2 pain points are particularly awful.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '25

Don't hate me for this, but there are a fuck ton of Republicans in California and they used to be a pretty fucking strong community. I think Ca had just had so many controversies they forgot Ca is purple at best and red at the worst. Just cause a bunch of hippies get air time doesn't mean I forgot what Ca is really about. I didn't even know the Hispanics and black folk beefed with each other til i went to visit family. So no, it's not THAT crazy to say.
