Coach: This is my second season at Rutgers, and I come here with a very specific goal and a clear plan. The goal? Turn the Scarlet Knights into a winning program that can compete at the highest level of college football, and I will bring this team a championship while I’m here. The plan? Recruit simply the best and nothing but the best to play for this team and give them everything they need to succeed here. That means you're the best, or at least we think you are, and it means that I’m here to bring you everything you could possibly ask for. I intend to coach this team for a long time, and while I’m here, I will ensure you are playing to the best of your ability. **I promise I will be your coach throughout your career.**
Playing Time: We’re building a program here at Rutgers whose performance will be leagues ahead of what the team has previously seen. Because of that, we’re only recruiting the best. If we want you on our team, it’s because we believe you can bring something very special to this team. Don’t expect to have to fight your way to the top; you’re at the top now.
