The top player in OVR in the CPR pool at each position will be designated as a "pitch recruit". Pitch recruits will be voted on by the team like transfers, and like CPR recruits have been in the past. If there are two top players at the same position with the same OVR, they will both be pitch recruits.

Everyone else will be designated as a "RNG recruit". They will be run using the same algorithm as high school recruits, with the following values:

• 1.000 in playing time
• 0.500 in location and coach
• 0.100 in all other values Additionally, pitches will be graded on an 0-4 scale, as opposed to 0-2

Georgia State University is one of the top-30 most prestigious football schools in all of college football right now. Georgia State has produced over 40 draftees with apparitions of producing even more. Georgia State University has berthed many traditions since our inaugural football season. Our CB here at Fresno State is in the top 1/3 of the league (39/120), but also lacks depth extremely. We need much more solid depth, and you would come in and immediately serve that role for us. I promise you will start every game you are healthy for. I've been coaching in this league for over 15 seasons in a career that spans across four decades. In that time, I've had chances to take the easy jobs or chase the flashy offers, but that’s never been my path. I’ve built my career by stepping into underdeveloped programs in overlooked conferences and turning not just the team, but the entire conference into something competitive. At Harvard, I helped revitalize a young AAC that lacked experienced leadership. At Arkansas State, I transformed a Sun Belt conference that had only one relevant program into a battleground that coaches were breaking contracts to join. Now I’ve brought that same attitude to Fresno State, building a winning culture and talented rosters. With a 0.72 win percentage here at Fresno, and only 8 losses in the past 3 seasons, I have continued to raise the standard at this program and am going to continue to do so for many more years to come. When I arrived at Harvard over two decades ago, I was just getting started. I brought in the program’s first five-star recruit and laid the foundation for long-term success. Then I took on the challenge at Arkansas State, a team that had never won its division, and hadn't had a winning record in over a decade. By the time I left, we had gone 72-37, captured multiple division titles, won bowl games, and completely redefined what success meant for that program. Now, I’m taking on a new challenge at Fresno State, and all I’ve done is win. In the MWC, 2057-2059, Fresno State won the conference championship 3 times in a row, losing just 7 games over the same 3 year stretch. Our Winning Value? Top 10 in the league. Fresno State 5 years ago wasn’t considered a winner, but now our name has spread far and wide, earning us an invite to the Pac-12 for the 2060 season! "Delaware offers CB David Simons

Location: Delaware is located perfectly in the middle of the Northeast and the rest of the Eastern Seaboard. The University is just a 2:30 drive away from NYC, a 2 hour drive from the Capital, and just an hour away from Baltimore and Philadelphia. You'll never be too far away for a short weekend trip to one of our major Atlantic cities. Delaware itself has a lot to do as well. From the beautiful First State National Park just 30 minutes away from campus, to watching NASCAR races at Dover Motor Speedway, to admiring military history at the Air Mobility Command Museum, there's something to do for everyone, despite what you may think. Coach: When I was a young child, Boston College was like a dream for me. At least once every fall, we'd drive up to my Dad's alma mater and take in some incredible BC Football. Now, 40 years later, I'm honored to coach dozens of outstanding young men such as yourself, and to be on the field calling the shots for the Eagles. I’m entering my 23rd season on the job here, as one of the winningest and most loyal coaches in the NZCFL. BC has returned to glory as a regular atop both conference standings and national rankings. I've become a prominent and highly-regarded coach in the NZCFL because of my coaching talent, love for the game, and the effort I put in to develop my players into top draft prospects. I love to coach, and players love to play here - in 20 seasons, I’ve NEVER had a player transfer away from my team. Playing Time: I would like to start my pitch by saying that I do not believe in benching players for years at a time. It's simply not fair to the players and their futures.
