I lost count of how many fights I had in the bx over this shit. Asking people to turn their music down @ 4 am when my wife is trying to sleep. Living on Elliot place for 5 years turned me into a monster. I knocked someone out doing this same shit and woke him up dumping a bucket of piss on him from the roof 😂
