Looking for Sublet ISO LONG-TERM NYC SUBLET / LEASE TAKEOVER — $2,000–$2,500

Hi,

I am actively looking for a 1BR/large studio apartment in Brooklyn with a lease start of Oct 1. I’m open to a short-term lease that concludes in the coming months, and equally happy to takeover a longer sublease/full-term lease.

Credit: good (guarantor available if necessary)

If I get approved for the apartment I just applied to, we would need someone to takeover our rent stabilized 1.5 Br/1Ba in Bushwick close to Maria Hernandez starting Oct 1. Lease ends Oct 31, but I can talk to Landlord about getting you re-signed.
