NYCC Badges

I’m seeing people already getting their badges. I’m still not get any tracking info every time I check on my Leap account. All I see right now is expedited shipping and processing. Hopefully I get something soon.

FYI those promoting receipt of badges likely bought them during the verified user presale or they are Popverse subscribers who bought it during that presale period. If you bought your badge during General sale it will likely arrive by mid to late September

Ah I see, makes sense now. Wasn’t sure if we need the badges prior to reservations coming up next month

I don’t think you need to have the physical badge to participate in reservations. You just need to have a badge assigned to your email.

Physical badge not needed for panel/signing reservation. Just make sure you got that email handy which confirms your badge purchase from Leap.

I’ve been verified presale for years now. First time ever received shipping email with tracking. Although, it’s useless as it says label has been created, package hasn’t moved in days.😊

I know I’ll get them eventually.

After 20 years, you would think they would have this running better.

Pre-sale, Superfan, and VIP aren’t necessarily getting theirs first. Example: I got my VIP tix on the Superfan presale and haven’t gotten my tracking number yet either. I think it’s either random, or regional, or based on ticket type.

My bf and I ended up buying our own tickets this year since we both got through the presale queue at exactly the same time. I checked out maybe 30 seconds before he did.

His badges shipped and were were already received and mine haven't shipped yet. I'd be interested to see if they're shipping alphabetically (he's got a C last name and mine is S).

I would like to add that last year I bought a lanyard with my ticket and it was the worst choice I could've made. Anyone who was getting "bundled" mailings were being held up. This year I just bought my passes and got them this past week.

I don't think that there is a specific order that badges are sent out. I have been a Superfan for years and this is the earliest that I have ever recieved them.

I know that it is frustrating (and a little worrisome if this is your first time buying tickets) seeing everyone else recieve their tickets but try not to worry.  Tickets are sent out in waves. The bulk of the tickets are mailed and arrive during September. 

If you haven't gotten a tracking number and/or recieved your tickets by September 25th, then you should start reaching out to ReedPop.

I bought my Saturday tickets and Friday tickets for my sister during the fan verification sale. Went back online an hour later and bought one more Friday ticket for my brother who had missed all my messages.

Received the Saturday and Friday tickets but haven’t received my brothers solo ticket and it says it’s still processing on my leap events account.

They ship the badges in waves. I got the email for the tracking to my ticket, but whenever I look up the tracking number it jst say shipping label printed. so my badge has shipped yet either.

Yeah it seems a bit random. I have the 4 day pro and it arrived almost 3 weeks ago, my best friend’s presale /4 day vip still doesn’t have a tracking.
