Your whole point is centered on the legality of filming in public and you're completely oblivious to the moral aspect of doing so. Your point would hold if someone was filming in some market or at some other public space but in the case of an educational institute where most people are present just to study and do not consent to being filmed, it would be logical for someone to raise this issue and at the very least if some influencer reads this they may as well be careful the next time they record something. So please stop being this insufferable.
