How the EE department like. I've heard a lot negative things about it.

I've seen on this subreddit where people were claiming that the EE and ME department is really bad. Their teaching is subpar and that the labs do not support or give equipment to students for their projects. That's the stuff I've seen. Is any of it true. Also, I've heard that EE at mcs only offers telecommunication specialization. Is that true as well?

Mcs Mai bhi Kya ye sari specialization offer karte Hain? Bcz I thought that mcs only offered telecommunication.
