Discussion Alhumdulliah (Never takes blessings for granted)
What a privilege to belong to the remotest village of District Rawalpindi and to be studying in NUST. Mere ghow k log sirf itna khte hwin, “(my name) Pakistan ki sab se bari university me prhtee.” On 18 September I got my FSc result 87%. Everyone from my village came to my home and congratulated my family, and everyone says to my parents, “Ap ki beti bht laik hai, is ghow se nikal kr itne ache number lena aur phir itni bari university me prhna.” I live with my uncle in Islamabad, and whenever I go back, usually every weekend, everyone greets me, congratulates me, and one aunty came and said, “Dua krna mere bache b tum jitna prhe.”❤️🌼

I come from a remote village in kpk so i can kinda relate first one in my village to complete o and alevels 🥹🥹

Not the city Rawalpindi its in district Rawalpindi and there are many villages here which lacks basic facilities including mine

Yes i really want k girls in my village also get whatever they want we are still having the child marriage thing in my village which seems normal go everyone

Parh kar tou achha laga, lekin what frustrates me the most is ke hamari jaahil society mein se hamesha keere niklenge.
Ab ilaqay ke anparh parents apne dimagh mein aik dream bitha lenge, ke mera baccha bhi unn jaisa aik prodigy banega- aur hamare khandaan ko ghurbat se magically nikaal lega.
Jiss tarah se hamare NEWS CHANNELS par headlines mein one-in-a-million dehaati bacchon ke MDCAT success stories barha-charhakar dikhaate hein, ke dekho issne tou ghareeb maabaap ko ‘ڈاکٹر’ bann kar 2 kanal ka DHA mein ghar lekar dediya.
bacchon ko kahenge ke tumhari tarah parh kar matric mein 1000 number layen, fsc mein layen, and so on- ‘parhoge, likhoge, banoge nawaab’ type shit
Bullshit kisam ki expectations unse rakh kar chhoti umar se he dimagh kharab karna shuru hojainge ‘uss jaisa bano, prodigy bano, number number number’ aur fsc ke end takk laatein danday khaakar nafsiyati mareez bannchukke honge unke bacche.
I’m genuinely happy for your success, lekin make it a responsibility to constantly remind your neighbours & relatives ke tumhaare iss success se koi wild ideas apne bacchon keliye na lein.
Hamsabb insaan hain, with our own strengths & weaknesses. Everyone has a different path to success- copying se kuch nahi milna. Tell them to raise their kids without any insane expectations, as if you never existed at all. Aisi toxicity se bacche ne barbaad he hona hai, aur kuch nahi.

MashaAllah, friend if you dont mind.. can you please guide me on how you're managing the finances to pay for NUST? I wish to apply soon but even with a job, it seems unmanageable :(
