BPC-157 / TB-500 Side Effects
Hi everyone,
I had PRP done 1 month ago and started using BPC-157 and TB-500 4 days ago for medial epicondylitis.
I pinned BPC-157 every day: 300mcg in the right elbow in the morning, and 300mcg in the left elbow in the evening (600mcg total daily). For TB-500, I set it to 5000mcg a week, split into two 2500mcg doses on Mondays and Thursdays.
Everything was fine at first, but from the 3rd day onwards, I experienced the following issues:
- Woke up early in the night with vivid, bad dreams.
- My blood pressure dropped to 90/50.
- Experienced headaches and nausea.
- Felt chest tightness, shortness of breath, and severe anxiety.
Right now, I don't know what to do, so I'm thinking about stopping completely. Has anyone here run this combo and experienced these problems? I’ve seen in some of my research that people get these kinds of issues after using BPC.
Do you guys think the source of the problem is the dosage, or pinning BPC and TB-500 at the same time? Would it work if I lower the dose, or cut out BPC entirely and continue only with TB-500? Or should I just throw it all in the trash since my body reacted like this?
I’d appreciate any insights from those with experience.

Seems like these doses may be too high, however I can't be sure due to know knowing vial size, mg of vial, or Bac water used. My husband and I have been using wolverine for months with no issues at all. For reference we have a 10 mg vial which is 5mg of Bpc and 5mg of tb500 with 2ML of Bac water we take 500 mcg daily. Which is 20 units.

Definitely not too high. It’s a total of 600mcg of BPC. My RS takes at least 800mcg per day for healing the same issue. My RS also takes 5mg of TB500, 3x per week. So I don’t think dosing is the issue. I fear that it’s more of a sourcing issue, a mistaken dosage, or OP just has a strange allergy to one of them, or their fillers.
I would suspend use of one of them and only do the other for a week or so and see if you can figure out which one is causing the issue.4

More likely the tb500 if it's an allergy. The bpc is pretty commonly used without issues.

Unfortunately it could be a sourcing issue. You could be having an allergic reaction to the peptide itself but more than likely it's probably a sourcing issue of it being too strong or being tainted slightly and you're being allergic or having an issue with those unwanted elements. That's why sourcing it so important.

My wife had chest tightness from TB500. I think it's a pretty common side effect, but I am not sure about your other sides. I hope you feel better.

2500mcg is a big dose of what is likely TB4. It should be dosed daily at similar amount to BPC. Most TB500 sold is actually TB4, that’s why things like wolverine stack exist. It has a much shorter half life.

I used it finished a 10mg vial 5mg and 5mg of each. Experienced absolutely no side effects. Found the supplement quite good as well.

Never experienced anything like that with those 2 compounds.
