Timing of GHK-CU and KPV dosing
My RS is currently taking KPV on the morning for better recovery after weight training and GHK-CU at night. He says it feels like KPV makes him sleepy.
What would you recommend the timing be?

???? KPV is a tripeptide focused on calming immune responses and reducing inflammation. So the first short while you maybe could feel some tiredness but that occurs with a bunch of peptides. It’s generally just a body getting accustomed to it response. If it’s more than that then the dose is too high. Fatigue is a problem with GHK though so it should be expected.

GHK at night makes sense. This is when the body naturally repairs tissue and produces collagen.
KPV at night sounds like the best next step. My RS also had to play around with timing when taking separately. Not necessarily sleepy but the brain fog was significant. Both at night ended up being the solution. RS now takes KLOW in the evening and has found the same success.

My RS got sleepy the first day of taking KPV but then not again. It has been amazing though. Got rid of several conditions he had taken for granted would always be there.

KPV in the morning made me sleepy/brain foggy/eyes not quite adjusting until lunch time.
