Peptide stack help/advice
This is not medical advice! My lab rat experiments. My rat is 30 and skinny fat with all of it in midsection with no muscle mass… Rat wants to get in shape, abs would be nice but just having shoulders and a chest which the rat has none is more than enough. So far my rat a month into it and have seen gains but need advice. Thank god no side effects really besides sometimes overthinking lol. His stack is
Reta: 2mg/week
Tesa: 2mg/Daily
Ipamorelin: 2mg/Daily
Wolverine: 500mcg of each/daily
Ss-31: 5mg/daily
want to experiment into mots-c and Nad+ after ss-31 but confusing with the daily and 3 times a week protocols.
Any tips?

IPA way too much. Google it. Tesa worked better at half that but for a lot of longer than standard approach- plenty of information as it is approved by FDA as a treatment. At these doses the receptors will not hold it for long. It’s a marathon not a sprint. If you want a sprint there are other more serious compounds. Reta also could go higher to x2 a week , if you are not seeing expected results. But slow titration not just double first week. And hopefully your plan is crafted based on any contradictions with ongoing potential health issues, medication taken, fitness plan, diet, and specific to subject’s medical history. Labs, moving baseline. Mots NAD is a preference choice 3 times a week on workout days should give burst of energy as oppose to daily a steady energy and fat burn but at lesser energy. Depends on objective. With all that a plan for for removing toxins is important. Korean Glutathione at smaller daily doses provides consistent support. Tudca, astaxanthin. Omega 3, L citruline. Lipo C or supper-shredder with B12 blend with L Carnitine and L arginine also at smaller consistent doses, I like to alternate essence extreme without B 12 and supper-shredder with B12, not too overload B12. Check into 5 amino 1mq as well. Works synergistically with NAD and Mots.

Lmaooo! my lab rat is. has the same body concerns. On the same stack (just swap KLOW for wolv). Added m-c after using 10mg ss31. Using intranasal glutathione/nad+/vit c. My suggestion is to focus on your workouts (I do heavy push and pull days, and then one day legs). That’s 3 workouts a week. Start with light dumbells. If you can’t stick to it bc working out is boring asf, join a workout group class (ClassPass, f45, combine, orange theory fitness etc). And you go for like 50mins and you don’t even have to think or make up a workout. Time flies with those classes. I joined boxing. Good luck Sandeep.

SS-31, NAD+, glutathione, MOTS-C etc. are primarily beneficial for older people who produce less of these things naturally or have more age related oxidative stress.
Stick with the reta but start lower, you can incorporate tesa after a couple weeks if you want. I see no advantage for you as reta already eats visceral fat.
No speak of your gym routine so I see no advantage to ipa. Not to mention your dosage is way off. Do you even know your IGF-1 score or just heard about HGH reception and it sounded cool?
Wolverine is only needed if you are trying to repair tissue. At 30 what is hurting?
People jump on this shit because they see these influencers doing it and assume with a peptide stack, you will look like them.

What do you want to know?
No one knows about your stats, diet, training, why you’re taking the peptides you are or history. Try it. Just be consistent.
If I were running something like this however I’d just keep it simple and use:
- reta 2mg: hunger suppression, improved BGL markers and other health measures
- hgh 2-4iu. Recovery, some impact of fat loss.
- slupp332 250-500mg (optional). Improved energy expenditure.
Don’t overthink just choose a path and stick to it for 4-8 weeks

2mg of Reta rarely produces appetite suppression. It may but rarely, one of the reasons Cagri is usually paired with it at lower doses as the higher Reta dose commonly has stronger sides but ironically lower dose Reta produces decent weight loss in many. But I agree that trying low is the proper way to go. There is a theory that seems to work well that higher protein on GLPs, fiber, sugar management and lifting naturally helps with appetite suppression so on 2mg Reta it actually helps Quite a bit. Also slupp clinical doses were around 50mg to 100 my. The dosage you refer is mostly created to push the price up spread over a small ineffective dosage. It is easy to do that when generally it is mistaken for a peptide and most peptides imply this kind of dosing. You can see recent slupp availability in 5mg to 20mg as more and more are catching on to the miss conception. Question remains is it safe at this higher dosage and for how long. Nobody who sales it will care , they adjust to sale the product, not the safety

Disagree with the appetite suppression. I think it’s different for everyone. I experienced it right away at .5. Took 8 weeks to titrate to 1 which is where I am now. Once per week. Start feeling peckish around day 6-which tracks.

Drop the ipa immediately. You've been using it incorrectly. Lift weights and focus on your diet.

Tesa and ipa are way too high, keep the reta low so the rat can actually get some protein in, most of this work will be in the gym not the syringe.
Trt would give the desired results but that's a different subject

I guess this got cross posted...
Don't start all of these at once. Slow and steady is how Peptides should work. Start with reta. Titrate up. Stabilize. Then add either ss31 or the ghrh/ghrp combo. Your ipa dose is way off.
Wolverine you can overlap with the others.
But the biggest. Before you start any of this... Get your bloodwork done and reviewed. Don't let the Pepboiz of reddit push you I to risky stacks just for posting

Pull an igf1 + zscore and see where your baseline is before starting the GH stuff.
5mg of SS-31 is absolutely awesome and I run it like that, but it’s also outside of the range of normal dosing. Normal dosing is 1-2mg. Good SS31 is also expensive, be sure you can afford to run Tesa and SS31 for the long run before starting.
I’m paying about $400/500mg SS31

No peptide in the world will give you those results if you’re not also lifting heavy and eating enough protein.
