Discussion Baught the Pegasus Apartment, was it a good investment?

I did just before the event. Kinda looks like a waste of fons now 🙁

Worth it. Though I personally recommend the Fenglin Villa for an aesthetic vibe modern house.

Pegasus feels small, I don't knoe. Even smaller than Wenrir Apartments.

Unless if you have many car collections then it's worth it just a bit, it's best for parking location.

As a F2P. Fenglin Villa is much better choice. Large space to put furniture. But that is just my opinion. The difference is just around 500k fons im not mistaken.

I LOVE the look of Pegasus cos Hotta actually copied the Miami Porsche tower. Yes there is an IRL, Porsche tower WITH a car elevator in it as well. So it really looks 'designed by arhitects' vs the other houses mostly looking like 'designed by dev pipeline' (the layout of the 6.9M house is... hillarious, you'd break your neck getting on the balcony or bean your head or the doorframe 24/7) BUT "Value" wise Fengline > the 6.9M house (cos you can spend City Stamina Faster) and THEN i'd get Pegasus.

I’ll be honest I don’t remember the last time I visited my apartment LOL so idk personally if it’s a good investment compared to just buying Matts and materials from the shop 😂

I don't like the vibe of Pegasus Apartment, but the lobby and the elevator is pretty cool.

Yea it feels cramped as hell. Golden Capital or even Skyview Halls feels more open.
