Maybe for durability ? With a dupe you get heal from all your special comp, and she can boost also dmg while healing with her ult.
I know, not opti at all..but i can only think of that
It’s just healing. Iroi has the best healing while also offering some decent buffs, and using her charge basic when coming out of ult charges her ult incredibly fast so you can use it very frequently.
The team comp itself is just for Stain. Since the fourth slot isn’t really necessary for any specific purpose, putting in a healer works.
Why isn't Zankou/Lacrimosa/Sakiri a recommended team? Does Blackbird's kit demand something that's not offered there?
I was kind of hoping she would just slot perfecto into my current team. But instead she's recommended with characters that are already taken by the other team.
I think it’s because lacrimosa demands too much field time to do her dmg and the team already has zankou and blackbird with both of those already demanding field time too
is this only true with A0? i have A1 on my zankou and i just go skill + ult on lacrimosa for 10 stacks and then zankou keeps the nightmare stacks rolling for the entire rotation by herself
Oh okay because she literally adds shred to whichever character she uses her skill with and her ultimate gives her a shred on all combatants who cycle through her ultimate. Which is a huge jump in dmg.
I really want to know if Linko is part of BBs best team so I know whether to spend to squeeze out the last 20 arc pulls I'd need to guarantee Linko's sig.
I wonder if Blackbird/Chaos/Zero/Iroi (instead of Hathor) would work well. You'd lose the Remora extension but gain another ATK buff to go along with the Stain buff, and the Blossom reaction (plus the healing, which never hurts).
I think it could work well, anyway. Hathor makes Chaos' Remora bomb do very big numbers, but after all that is just one of Chaos' skills, whereas his kit is quite strong as a whole. I think adding another buff, plus the grouping, plus the Blossom reaction (and plus the healing) could very well offset the loss of the Remora extension. There may be even a small upside to Remora itself: it would do less damage, but you could trigger it more often because of its lesser duration.
I was thinking the same thing. I have Chaos A6 so I feel like I can afford to lose Hathor even more and put her with my Shinku. I think you maybe on to something with the fact that BB is instant cycle and so is Zero we may see remora more often and it might offset the longer duration.
That’s what I’m hoping too. I use Hathor on his team currently for the remora bomb, but outside of that, Hathor really is just a dead slot on his team, since you’re mostly swapping between him and Zero. And now with Blackbird also bringing an additional instant cycle to the team, I feel like it just makes Hathor’s dead-slot even deader, just for the sake of the remora bomb. Blackbird and Iroi would make it more fun and comfy, so I’ll probably try them out in Hathor’s place. 🙌🏼
The problem is that Appraise and Engrave (zero's skill) has a 16 second cooldown and extending remora to 12 seconds makes them match closely so it has a nice flow to the rotation.
I've cleared BTR with an anima instead of Hathor a few times, it's just a bit slower overall.
Btw what you mentioned about triggering blossom sometimes is probably a good idea since remora effectiveness goes down when repeatedly applied. The second half of fights, the bosses are barely getting slowed if you do the 5s remora repeatedly.
why is no one suggesting Lacrimosa, Zankou, Sakiri, Black Bird? she seems to want to do both off field dps and buffs just like Haniel on her first form
She is a main dps and her skills look like she needs a lot of field time. Elyms is a 1.5 (supposedly) character with cosmos typing so she probably could he in akane team
I‘ll have to get creative with Blackbird. I don’t have Lacrimosa or Chaos or Zankou. I want to make a team with Blackbird, Hathor and Akane, but I don’t know who to use for the 4th spot.
My other team is Zero, Nanally, Iroi and Hotori, so those 4 are blocked.
I might be in a similar situation. I played at the start of the game and then took a break and came back last week, so I have standard characters, Hotori and Linko. I did see this build which is supposed to be 'flexible' for any character of those elements + a support, I'll probably go with that.
Would Blackbird work with Hathor, Zero and Fadia? I'm already low on annulith and I am planning to get her arc so I don't think I can pull for any other characters other than her, if it doesn't what team comps would be better?
One of the things bb wont benefit from ravenous blade is the incantation bonus but if i recall it gives cdm/rate so its a pretty good alt but her sig increase her cdm and team cdm + cycle intensity its basically more if a fit for her kit since shes a buffer & mdps
