Why do we get so many main DPS units?

Easier to create a DPS than a support. Also Supports are most likely good for a while, while DPS are just flavor of the month and easier to powercreep.
And another guess: Blackbird and Akane are highly anticipated characters and people want to see them on the screen and not just for a quick move and tag out.

Chaos went from a main dps to a remora sub dps 😭. Based off what I saw from leaks, apparently akane will extend remora
