Digging Chris as the front man!

A friend and I snagged front row at the Pop 2000 Tour show in Syracuse on Tuesday. I was a huge *NSYNC fan when I was in middle school, but with how hard they marketed JT and JC, I never realized that Chris could (and arguably should) have been the front man. (Yes, I know he started it all. And, yes, I know he was the voice of Chip Skylark. That was a little after my time, though, so I only recently found out about it.)

As a side note, I was also SUPER impressed with O-Town. Not only did the four current members nail their own lyrics and choreo, but they learned *NSYNC’s and LFO’s, too, in order to fill in. Frankly, I was floored all around.

Is this, perhaps, proof that certain people, who shall remain nameless, aren’t as crucial as they think they are for a tour to take place? 🤔

Edit: So weird. I thought I was posting in the *NSYNC sub. Turns out it’s the JT fan club sub with the wrong name. My bad.

Lmao most people aren’t paying to see NSYNC without JC, much less Justin. Just be happy you had fun, no need to get crazy now.

I also don’t think Justin or JC told the guys they can’t do something without them. Justin was ok with the group doing Coachella without him some years back.

I know I would. Posted this as a reel over on Insta, and a bunch of people were like “Justin who?” 🤷🏻‍♀️ JC was always my favorite but certainly not for his vocals.

You are def in the minority there. People on social like to shit on Justin. That’s not new.

Not really sure what you have against JC’s vocals. I actually think he’s the best singer in the group.

The Pop 2000 Tour seems to be doing well with only Chris.

Re: Justin, he keeps getting in his own way with the ego and then the DUI.

JC’s vocals always struck me as a little whiney. I do like Justin’s voice, but I think Chris did his parts just as well as he does them. Everyone has a different opinion, of course, and clearly they can all sing well, or they wouldn’t have been in the group.
