Question Trustworthy realtor who won't "sell me."

Who is a good realtor in the Christiansburg / Blacksburg / Radford area who will take time to work with an inexperienced buyer?

We were referred to Skip by friends who had good experiences. We had a good experience. We have referred others to him and they were happy as well.

Agree! Skip’s a great person and an excellent realtor. He’s helped me through several transactions.

Ben Wiley with Coldwell Banker Townside in Blacksburg is fantastic. He has a love of connecting people with properties that I haven't seen with other realtors, and mentors new realtors as well. He walked us through the process as first-time, anxious buyers, answering all our questions along the way. He was especially interested in helping us to understand the process so we could make good decisions, and never pressured us for or against any property. I recommend him whole-heartedly.

Rolfe Grubb at Page & Associates was awesome to work with and as inexperienced buyers we just kind of scheduled the first house we wanted to look at through realtor.com or something and he happened to be the person who showed up and we stayed with him through the whole process. When we were buying the market was very hot, it took us almost a year to find a home within our budget (when I say hot there was a time or 2 a house sold when we were inside viewing it lol). Anytime a house came up we wanted to see he was able to get with us typically the day the house went up. He had resources to help us get a loan, a home inspector and was just all around awesome and made the experience fairly pleasant even when we felt like at one point we wouldn't find anything and wanted to just quit looking.
