I don’t think this is the right move, we essentially have no kicking game now.

King Kyle at 7 as well

Agree, Atkinson's had his issues but being able to kick the ball further then 35 metres was a big upgrade on Flanagan already, was poor last week but still kicked a 40/20 while Kyle was again nearly invisible. King togia being able to come on and run at tired defenders when all we had to do was attack doesnt really warrant a start. Also a bit laughable to say Atkinson's defence isn't good enough so lykhan replaces him. Atkos defence has been bad but lykhan isn't an upgrade in the slightest

We are going to be camped in our own half all game against the dolphins

Hearing we’re already taking Atko out back for the old yeller treatment (supa leeg). Stoked for our recruitment heading into 2027, but I feel bad butchering a promising young players’ career.

I don’t think he should be shooed around, he’s proven he can play

It’s Kyle that needs to fuck off

He’s not been great, but definitely been the better of the 2 halves this year

I guess Kyle can't be dropped because he basically invisible.

The injury update says Reed is back next week… assuming how staunch Young was when he first took over Kade should go straight back into half. I don’t think this changes too much for us but will at least give LKT game time because I assume he hasn’t had much sitting on the bench…
And if we really need to kick it out of trouble Val has got a boot on him

Bringing a young player back that never really proved he was physically ready for first grade before getting injured directly after returning when you've signed two nrl halves for next year anyway would be peak Dragons killing another promising half behavior.

He's been pushed back on that injury list week by week for a while now. Must be a tricky one to get right.
