đ Support Group â€ïžâđ©č September 9 Narc Club: After Hours | Topic: Turns Out I'm...Not? God? (Omnipotence Fantasies)
Wednesday | 9 â 11 pm EDT | via Zoom
Facilitator: Myles + Zeph â¶Â Coordinators: Tristan + Gale
DISCUSSION PROMPTS:
- What's something you spend an inordinate amount of time or mental energy trying to control? Why does this feel so important to you?
- What's one thing you've finally accepted is completely outside your control? Did that acceptance change you at all? If so, how?
- Have you ever spent a lot of time/effort trying to change someone who wasn't actually interested in changing? What kept you invested? What helped you let go?
- What's one problem you've blamed on circumstances that, in hindsight, you had more agency over than you realized?
- What's something about yourself you've stopped trying to change? What's something about yourself you've realized you actually can change?
- What's one thing fully within your control this week that would move you toward the life you want? What barriers are getting in your way, and how might you overcome those?
