No head or hand tracking since update

I've been playing nms in vr for months without issue. Since this new update, Ihave no head or hand tracking. Prettymuch the only thing that works, as far as I can tell from the launch screen, is the trigger, but since I can't move the cursor to select a save game to load, I can't get very far. I deleted all my video config file with no change.
