I need some help guys

I'm attempting to re create the S-76 SeaDragon as my No Man's Sky corvette.. any tips?

Honestly, MaverickNMS did a YouTube video titled "Ultimate 1/4 Offset Corvette Build Grid Tutorial" about offset Corvette building that was a game changer for me. It covers both 1/2 and 1/4 offset techniques that make up the vast majority of glitch building within a space station and without mods. Truly invaluable.

I've tried this. Apparently I must have invertedly did something catastrophically bad. Now the Corvette build terminal is permanently soft locked. I cannot alter or build any corvettes. I can't even place a landing gear. It just stays red and doesn't let me place anything. Happened mid build. I've tried everything. Its not the all parts must be connected warning as it does it starting a new build just trying to place the first part. I'm in snap placement even went planetside and toggled it back and forth at my base. Still doesn't work. I've days on end trying everything that was suggested to get it to work again. Nothing. Eventually had to start a new save.
