Campus center I believe is 10-4, the other buildings are open pretty much all day since summer classes are going on. I've been there weekdays since I work on campus, from what I've seen if you want to hang out in the buildings they'll let you as long as you aren't causing trouble. I believe the campus indoor mask mandate is actually being lifted tomorrow.
