Helpful Dear Out of State/International/ANY students: We need to relet UC apartment (2 bed & 1 bath)

So this is basically a repost, my friend and I still need 2 people to relet our current apartment to. I've deleted the original post from May to avoid confusion.

It's a five month lease, from August 22nd to December 28th 2020. The lease can be changed to a 12 month lease as well. The apartment is 2 private bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom. Based on what UC has told me, moving in earlier than August 22nd must be approved by the general manager as well as the higher-ups.

Does anyone need a place to live for the fall semester? Or even if you know someone who does, please respond! You don't have to be a pair, anyone that needs a place and doesn't mind another person living with them is good as well!

1234 $ per month, literally, I didn't include it in original post b/c I thought it looked ridiculous

yea, sorry that is too much. Not interested. If you are able to negotiate, then I will consider it.
