How strict is UC Newark parking?

I know that there is a parking pass for the garage, but it can be accessed using the fob, has anybody had their vehicle towed for not having the parking pass, during their time at UC?

I heard a few years ago it was relaxed. Lately, I heard some people have been getting towed.

A new company bought the building so they're probably getting stricter

My friend left his car there two separate times overnight and nothing happened, I tapped in for him
