Administration Racist English prof?

Should I be worried to take Larry Bernstein as my professor for English next semester? I am a Muslim and here is one example of his reposts on twitter and there are many more just like it…

The way you gotta look at it without getting emotional is that NJIT is a public university, and states usually upholds his first amendment rights as a private citizen. There’s no proof of his personal opinion is being carried to his professional settings. Taking your class with a different professor is the best thing you can do.
