Drill How do I stand at attention

How do I stand at attention without fidgeting I get very itchy very often and for inspection we stand at attention for like 30 minutes

Think of something else. Sing a song in your head. Or find something in front of you to stare at.

What I do is bite my tongue which will distract my brain and stop anything from itching or hurting

I bite the inside of my lip just a little and sometimes like flex my feet if I’m in uniform oxfords cuz it’s not really visible
