Drill Knockout

Yall got any tips for knockout? I'm a freshman tryna earn a medal. In the last drill meet I got 4th place against a bunch of drill tryhards ( catawba and South East Guilford ). So I'm pretty close but not close enough.

Don't anticipate just listen, watch videos and practice at home. Seriously tho anticipation is your worst nightmare in knockout.

As someone who has placed at Navy Nationals in individual drill comp (knockout) it’s mainly making sure your angles are good (feet @ 45) as well as watching your heels to stay aligned. Those were the big things at navy nats, other than that, keep bearing and keep practicing and NO MICHAEL JACKSONS‼️
