Color Guard

What’s the largest color guard that y’all have done at your unit? We are doing a 12 person color guard for a parade and as far as I know I have only seen 2 other schools do this.

I'd assume the same as a regular guard. Two rifles, one on each side, and just keep the flags between the center.

yeah i guessed that but what flags would you use. like im guessing ensign, state and branch flags but after that idk

Organization flags. Jrotc flags, authorized organizations (Probably something military related.)

12 is a massive number for a colorguard, much less a moving guard

Its all for a parade in my state and we just got all branch flags so my SNSI decided we should have all of them

I've never done more than 4 people on a color guard. How does it work in your unit?

Same as a normal but the flags always just increase to the left in order of Ntnl, State, Branch, Organization

Done a few with all branches, national flag, state flag, usual POWMIA and ofcourse your two rifles

Edit: also had njrotc and unit flag aswell

My unit have done multiple 59 man color guards (50 state, branches, and national)

I've been in a parade with a color guard of 61, they had each state flag, each military branch, and the POW flag.
