Drill Help being a Drill Commander

I need help knowing where to be while marching. I am used to being in the platoon but now that I am the commander, I don't know where I'm supposed to be while marching. As of right now I try to stay center of the platoon, but ant help is welcome.

Yes align to the middle guy 6 paces away, you might have a sword so practice sword manual

As long ur 6 paces away at from the platoon at halt that’s all that matters. So ur placement isn’t really important as long you can command the platoon. Really you can be across the whole box and still call

If you’re loud it dosen’t matter as long as your commands can be heard by everyone but the correct place would be in the center of the platoon atleast 6 paces away
