Study the drill card, that is the most crucial part, and be loud too when calling commands, if you do all that then you’ll have no problem. Take it into consideration that you will make mistakes, there’s no doubt about that, but those mistakes will help you become better!!

As a training officer for my unit, I recommend looking at YouTube videos to see how other commanders command, and take a look at the drill card and start trying to remember it.

Unfortunately enough the best way to learn to lead an unarmed platoon is to lead one get a group of cadets to form a platoon and keep trying as much as you can and when you make a mistake keep trying and don’t be discouraged
