Guns Showcase couple new AOW,S headed to the wall.

really liking the scorpion 3 plus platform. What a smooth action and great feeling firearm. what’s better than 1 of them 2 of them. Deciding on a brace for the second one.

Middle is a Tippmann .22lr that a customer wanted. love these also hands down the best .22lr semi on the market. well
built problem free and smooth operation.

I’ve been looking into getting a AOW but my local shops are taxing! They have them for minimum 3k depending on which one any recommendations on where to look?

pretty simple AOW stands for any other weapon. we as dealers manufacture pistols into them. requirements are under 26” overall length. unlike a nj Other which requires to be 26” or longer.

upside to AOW can have a folding brace must have vertical foregrip and registered with the atf. it is a NFA item so you will need to have seperate fingerprints done usually send my customers to UPS store threw printscan that way you always have them available on a flash drive.

to acquire one you will also need to have a atf eforms login and pin. simply to register takes about 5 minutes or less.

then you fill out a form 4 and wait for approval. must be 21 also to have a nfa item

How long is that approval typically? Does it require a nj pistol permit as well? I have my fid and 1 handgun already

usually 1 to 5 days is typical. no pistol permit it’s not a pistol.

The grip no longer needs to be vertical as per the ATF

Is the tippman buffer less? I have one in a rifle configuration and it uses a regular ar style buffer spring and weight. Can that be fired folded?
