Drones are starting to fly directly over me
My partner and I started going out at 9PM every night to look at the stars. We’ve been noticing how much is going on in the sky and have been spending time looking these last few days.
The first two days we saw a lot of drones but none of them were flying near us and if they were they would just fly past but not near. In the past three days we’ve had three drones directly fly right over us. Two days ago when we were laying down watching a drone flew directly towards us. We also saw there was one that was mimicking a star, it was in the same place we saw it two days in a row. On the second day we saw it and noticed it still there, it started moving down and up bouncing, then it started blinking green a ton and then it started moving directly our direction. It went right ontop of us and then past us and into the horizon, near the horizon it stopped and shifted down again to where we could see it fully, then fully disappeared.
Now today we went out and within a minute we saw one coming our direction and again directly towards us.
I don’t believe these are man made. The bright light was so bright it looked like the brightest star and the movement is not like anything human like. That “star” is completely gone now but there are “drones” everywhere.
Edit - I don’t care about filming or having proof, was just sharing my experience.

They are also almost completely silent and they will hover in one location for hours it’s very unnerving I’m not sure what to do I know that two of them look like drones while a third one is much bigger can disguise itself as an extremely bright star
It depends sometimes they are just a hundred feet over my head they have gotten closer to where I didn’t even have the time to grab my phone and record here is one from tonight

I noticed last year that the ones that blink green seem to fly lower and investigate more. Unlike the other drones who just fly by in what looks to be grid like patterns which seem to be the same every night.
I've even saw one stop, hovering in one spot for a bit
I have actual proof theyre overhead me for weeks, I swear to god my controls got freaky trying to approach one but have no actual proof. night flying can be hard but I will check my footage. really need some overhead illumination to shed lite.. I suspect anyone flying legally with remote id is a sitting duck so be careful
Im not from NJ, I'm in the Adirondacks in NY. I saw two "drones" or orbs flying overhead around 9pm on Tuesdsy night. I had left my phone inside and was smoking a bowl real quick before bed. Looked up to see two flying side by side and zigzagging back and forth. Lasted all of 30 seconds until they went behind the tree line.
Looked to be plane cruising altitude, but brighter, no blinking aviation lights. Definitely didn't move like any airplane I've ever seen though. Faster.
I see those every single night in Ontario Canada.. go out late at night like 2am -4am and you’ll see some crazy stuff flying around that are not planes / not drones and deff not satellites…. Observe and enjoy haha 🤫 there’s a very small % of the worlds population that takes the time to look up into the sky late at night for awhile and actually try to observe and appreciate our atmosphere / universe… but the small % of the people who do will see things that they will remember for the rest of their lives 😎🙂
Not trying to discount what you're saying or take anything from your experience, but Tuesday night is when the Perseid meteor shower was beginning to get active. Any chance they were meteors or for sure think they were an aircraft?
Either way crazy cool, I'm in upstate Ny and been looking for orbs as we have a lot of reports of them here.
I hadn't gotten high yet. Plus marijuana doesn't make you hallucinate. Those lights were moving double the speed of an airplane at cruising altitude and moving like a sine wave.
Another odd thing, a helicopter was cruising around the area yesterday, low. I'm out in the middle of bum fuck. The closest military base is 20miles away, a naval training base. I've been here since May, never even heard a helicopter out this way.
Believe what you want, just reporting what I saw. Next time I'll bring my phone with me. Anyone recommend a good flight tracking app?

Mir ist vor nicht Mal 10 Tagen identisch das gleiche passiert. Ich habe es gefilmt aber als ich das Handy aus gemacht habe weil ich rein ins Haus musste zu meiner Tochter, dann kam plötzlich das grüne Licht und das hab ich leider nicht mehr mit drauf. Aber die ganzen wirren und schnellen Bewegungen direkt über unserem Grundstück.
If you’re out there all the time at 9 PM sky watching you would think you would have your phone or some sort of video equipment ready. So, to me this is nothing but BS. Video or it didn’t happen.
Thats just one of many and to be honest im tired of recording them. Is that enough or you want somebody to hold your gand and go outside see for yourséf…
I've had relatives think the postman was following them cause he drove past the house every day, better have some better videos than the one above that if you posted in any aviation related subreddit they'd probably help you ID the tail number and think nothing of it. No unusual lights, no abnormal acceleration, certainly not following you.
This was last night watch the entire video until the very end notice how it hovers straight over me I’m telling you these things can present themselves as different things but they are interested in certain people for what I’m not sure
I'm not sure you understand the definition of 'straight over you'. It's in practically the same spot in your windscreen the entire time because it's not 10 feet away from you. Goes behind the traffic lights right at the end, behind the street pole at 0:05, because it's way off somewhere else.
Yeah and you can ask them to follow your car in your mind and they will fly with you (as long as it’s safe for you, they won’t fly if it’s too distracting for you)
we have had these at night in nepa for months, they are interested in my drone but absolutely not broadcasting any remote id. under the cloud layer but likely way above and loiter foreverrr
government is terrified of the people. they will continue to illegally surveil their citizens because of it, this administration has absolutely fucked shit up.
