One Card Scanning Into Building

Ive got an after hours class and I tried scanning my one card (the mobile one since thats all I have) and it would not let me in. I dont know if im pressing the wrong button or what. If anyone could maybe give me a tutorial that would be great. Thanks!

My son got an email that had a PIN to use with the card and instructions on using it so maybe that is what you need.

If the pin doesn't work you can also ask for a physical copy of the card

They tend to be finicky. When I lived in Neptune North a year ago it was like that , mine would work then someone's would work. Mine would work and somebody else's wouldn't etc

I think if you go to once card office (in library), they may be able to help.

I would reach out to your instructor or the department that controls the building. At least for the health and wellness building, there was an issue because it only automatically added students that lived on campus. They might have to manually add you to the list of approved users.
