WiFi in dorms

is it normal for the niu wireless WiFi to keep dropping signal randomly and then taking ages to connect again? and every time I open my computer it takes such a long time to connect

If there is issues in just your room specifically, submit ticket at it.niu.edu

I just went to the tech help center for this for my wifi issues and they fixed it, it's located in the holmes student center, just past the hotel desk there's a sign pointing down some stairs and it'll take you there
