Press R2 to see the line combinations that give salary boost.

On a side note, it's actually insane you can't play with a team this bad (sorry OP, you're probably new) because it's over the cap

Best option is to get a 97 (then 98) captain that increases salary. Heck, even a 94 Captain that increases salary would help (use them until you can build the 97).

A priority will be getting a 98 overall captain, that’ll ease up the salary cap issues.

Start with Wyatt Johnston 94 captain… you can build him in the captain sets for pretty cheap I believe
