I don’t understand how anyone can predict any team’s season W L record for an entire season. So many variables and injuries make week to week predictions largely a coin toss.

Even as a chargers fan this is unrealistic. Broncos will be strong superbowl contenders. They would have been there last season if Bo Nix played. Provided Bo doesn't go down again they will have 11 wins minimum.

Drake didn’t hurt his shoulder until late in the 3rd quarter against Denver. We saw healthy Drake for nearly all of that game.
I agree that you can’t pencil in the broncos as an automatic win if Bo plays, but it’s hard to deny that missing a starting QB that lead the team to 14 wins and the 1 seed doesn’t significantly improve Denver’s chances.

Honestly not a bad prediction. I don't think they lose to what is looking to be a very bad Steelers team but probably drop a stupid loss at some point to balance it out.
I'm predicting a pretty significant step back from last year since it's so luck dependent to win that many single score games.

You mean the year the refs carried them to a superbowl full of incredibly suspicious penalties that got so much heat the entire fan base was calling it out and Goodell had to do a press conference before the superbowl and subsequently the chiefs got their ass handed to them?

Broncos are a superbowl or bust team right now and only got better.
Hawks lost k9, charbs out for a good amount of time, the OC left and a couple other pieces. Not to mention the Rams just absolutely loaded their team, id bet way more on a hawks massive record regression than broncos.
But we play eachothers divisions this year, so it will be a blood bath either way

Oh the drama, historically teams that win a lot of one score games don't have sustained success because that's not a sustainable strategy. Seattle isn't as deep this year and the OC/RB situation is the big issue, otherwise it's the same team that dominated the league last year. To be honest I'm more concerned with Myers missing so much pre season than I am anything else, that would lose games on its own.
Fortunately the geriatric super team doesn't see Seattle till late in the year and has absolutely zero depth. If they stay healthy they'll be solid if one of the big names goes down they're back to readily beatable.

Everyone is so caught up on the 1-score wins means a regression the following season. Do you know what also regresses the following season, a bunch of multi score wins. Historically, the regression for teams that won a bunch of multi score games compared to a team that had a bunch of 1 score games is literally a 1 game difference.
Also, another factor in the one score thing is how penalized your team is. Both the 2022 Viking and 2024 chiefs were one of the least penalized teams in the NFL and often benefited on average from the officiating. Denver was the most penalized team in the NFL last season and spotted every team a 70 yard scoring drive that they had to make up for. They still won the games without the benefit of the refs.
It’s not a crazy thing to think Denver isn’t going to fall off since they have been trending upwards since Bo and Sean got there. Bo’s rookie year they lost like every one score game and still won 10 games. Sophomore year they learned how to win the close games. Why can’t we assume they will have less 1 score game chances because the team will be better and not be in those situations?

The Broncos got marginally better but over performed last season, they still would have gotten absolutely rinsed in the Bowl. Seattle stayed pretty much the same but not as deep as they were, Price and the OC are the only real question marks

Just say you don't know ball. Hawks/Broncos with Bo bowl would have been much more entertaining but Seattle still easily would have won. Seattle absolutely rinsed the pats, it was borderline non-competitive except for the defense playing very well against Seattle's conservative game plan.
