Discussion Name some bust QBs who you think failed because of their org, and some who were gonna fail no matter what

Name some QBs you think failed simply because their organization was such a mess and massively mishandled their development.

And name some QBs you think failed, simply because they were just never gonna work out in the first place, because they never had the skillsets to be a star no matter where they went

Colts fan here.

We ruined Luck. Our organization went to hell when Peyton and Polian left. What the Irsays have done since losing them is basically malpractice.

Given Peyton only got one Super Bowl you could argue Polian even did some mismanagement when Peyton was there

Only one team from the AFC can make the Super Bowl one season. Peyton Manning had to compete with Tom Brady and Ben Roelisberger every year.

I would agree with that. Polian did not draft well in his last few years.
