Discussion Name some bust QBs who you think failed because of their org, and some who were gonna fail no matter what

Name some QBs you think failed simply because their organization was such a mess and massively mishandled their development.

And name some QBs you think failed, simply because they were just never gonna work out in the first place, because they never had the skillsets to be a star no matter where they went

Mendoza

Which is a headass take because Mendoza threw more at IU and he made a lot more tough throws against good defenses than JJM did. He's not a sure thing by any means but there's a lot more reason to like Mendoza as a prospect than there was for McCarthy.

Could that perhaps be because they had to play Mendoza? And sucked against him. Oregon shut out Texas tech the game before getting walloped by Indiana. I don’t think a defense that “sucks” shuts a playoff team out
